What is the US Beach Soccer Evolution 2010 (USBSE)?

The USBSE is a National Beach and Sand Soccer Organization newly formed in 2009,
designed to provide rules and support from boys and girls to men and women with a highly competitive amateur though the USA Academy program and professional soccer league and tournaments. The teams are comprised of players who have played at the highest levels of beach and sand soccer available to men and women, including International, National, State and county Division I, II & III.

In addition, the USBSE, national, state and county Division I, is seeking to be sanctioned by
the United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA) as an affiliate of the United States
Soccer Federation (USSF), the ruling body for beach soccer in the United States and FIFA the
World's ruling body for soccer.

World Sand Soccer Association Virginia Beach, Va

The World Sand Soccer Association was founded in 2008, by the Schwartz brothers Michael and Sam in Virginia Beach, Va., as the first official beach soccer league in the United States. The WSSA believes the future of sand soccer depends on the formation of leagues around the country in order for the game to move beyond a novelty sport played by most once a year at a tournament – to a mainstream sport.

The inaugural season of the WSSA was held in Fall 2008. The spring season will begin March 14, and run to mid-May, with coed and men's division forming now.
